Product Description

Dry grown Shiraz. Carbonic fermentation produces a slight spritz. Super vibrant and pretty, backed up with lashings of minerality. Roses, raspberries and tangy sherbet.  The fruit for all Jauma wines is farmed organically by Fiona Wood and Dave Gartelman. Grapes are hand-picked, vinified naturally and bottled without any additions
