Evesham Wood Cuvée J Pinot Noir (2019)

Winemaker Notes: Beautiful elegance combines with an instantly gratifying mid-palate.  I think these may be very long-term aging wines as well. This 6 barrel selection from Le Puits Sec is ready to go.  As this blend is selected in part for it’s ageability it’s often quite shy on release.  Not this year. The higher percentage of new oak that will integrate with age is quite apparent now mixed with wild berries, plum and violet leading to a refreshing finish with some grip.
