This bright red wine is made with 100% Barbera grapes. The grapes are picked by hand and the wine matures in French oak barrels. Winemaker Stefano Perrone describes the wine as “free, expressive, and smiling.” It has medium body and acidity and soft tannins. The name Tasmorcan means ‘badger’ in the Piedmontese dialect. Pair with stuffed manicotti.
