Elderton Estate Shiraz (2017)

Glass-staining ruby. Expressive, spice-accented cherry, cassis and violet aromas are complemented by hints of vanilla and licorice. Seamless and broad in the mouth, offering gently sweet dark berry, cherry liqueur and fruitcake flavors that slowly firm up through the back half. Shows fine delineation and spicy cut on a long, juicy finish that features a repeating floral quality and subtle, slow-building tannins.
