Didier Dagueneau Silex (2019)

Considered to be Dagueneau’s grand cru, this bottle is still in its youth. The aromas and flavors have just barely started to peek and will benefit from decanting or few more years of aging. What a brilliant wine this is one magical wine from a top producer of Pouilly-Fume. Sourced from low-yield, sixty-year-old vines grown on flint soils, “Silex” is consistently the most racy and mineral-driven of Dagueneau’s wines. Don’t get caught sleeping on this wine.”
