Product Description

This unique Sauvignon Blanc was gently pressed by foot and fermented with skin contact in Italian terracotta amphorae and stainless steel for 8 months. We pressed it off the skins and let it settle for 1 month before bottling during descending moons. Nothing added so nothing is taken away
